MY STORYWhat started as a pandemic passion project became a non-stop musical adventure.
After graduating from Portland State University in spring of 2020 with a degree in opera, there was a lot of uncertainty in the world about the future of the performing arts. Venues had closed their doors, and the only options for performance were experimental online projects. I began practicing accordion out of a desire to accompany myself. I couldn’t have anticipated how much joy it would bring me 3 years later.
I sing, act, and play accordion in traditional theater and opera in Portland and surrounding areas, but I also take my act to places like Oregon and Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faires, farmers markets, bars like Mendelssohn’s on Mississippi, and street corners all around Portland, OR.
